Online Account Issue
Greetings everyone,
I’ve been unable to see my case status in the online account. It doesn’t show anything except a link to go to the case status website. When I try to add my SRC receipt number, I got an error message stating that only IOE receipts can be added to the account.
This has been happening since July. Does anyone else know what’s happening? Can we no longer use an online account?
Finally I-130 Approved (LPR OUTSIDE USA)
Wanted to share my timeline to give hope to everyone still waiting! Check your Documents tab inside your myUSCIS portal—my Approval Notice was uploaded there before the main status banner updated!

Vawa,U Visa,T Visa pending application
Hi,if you have one of those cases pending please print that court decision and keep it with you all the time as protection specially these days
Case Summary: ICWC v. Kristi
Case No: 2:25-cv-09848-AB-AS
Jurisdiction: U.S. District Court for the Central District of California
Case Overview
Judge: Assigned to U.S. District Judge André Birotte Jr. and referred to Magistrate Judge Alka Sagar.
Plaintiffs: A coalition of advocacy organizations—including the Center for Human Rights and Constitutional
Law, Public Counsel, La Raza Centro Legal, CHIRLA, ICWC, and CCIJ—representing immigrant survivors
of violence.
Defendants: Top federal officials, including the Secretary of Homeland Security (Kristi Noem), Immigration
and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
Core Claims: The lawsuit alleges that new 2025 ICE enforcement policies violate the Administrative
Procedure Act (APA), the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA), and the U.S. Constitution by exposing
vulnerable individuals to routine arrest, detention, and removal while their humanitarian applications are
pending.
Key Rulings & Status
Nationwide Preliminary Injunction: On May 20, 2026, Judge Birotte certified three nationwide classes of
immigrant survivors and issued a preliminary injunction staying the 2025 ICE policies.
Impact on Survivors: The injunction temporarily restores long-standing 'victim-centered' protections. It
blocks ICE from detaining or removing individuals with pending VAWA, U visa, or T visa petitions, and
prohibits the government from summarily revoking deferred action without due process. The order also
required the government to return certain unlawfully deported plaintiffs back to the U.S.
Stay Denied: On July 27, 2026, the district court denied the government's ex parte application to pause the
injunction while the case is being appealed.
Current Status: The preliminary protections remain active nationwide, though the broader litigation is
ongoing and actively being appealed by the federal government.
