Hi All, My parents live in India with my 12 years old bother. I am a US citizen. My parents are in the process of getting IR5 visa and I was wondering if my minor brother (12 year old) will be able to get B1B2 visa with interview waiver since both of my parents will have valid US visa (once they get their ir5). please suggest?

my husband's job change

Duration for filing for Minors

Good morning Family, My husband filed for me here in the United States and my 2 children(Minors) residing in Africa. I got my green card in January but my children still have thier case still being reviewed from June Last year. I want to find from those of us who have been through a similar situation on how long it took them to get thier children's case approved.
