When sending i-129f to USCIS, should a person send it to service center address on AON or send it to the P.O Box in TX, where is the original destination for it. Advice please. I want to send to my S.C handling my pending i-130 case . Should I or I shouldn’t? Best advice please.

I applied for vawa in 2021 march. Im trying to apply for Advance parol but Im scared. why? my ex wife accused me of domestic too as revenge because in her mind she didn’t deserve to go to jail after beating me up for the 50th time.
anyways I got arrested BUT THE CASE GOT DISMISSED DUE THE LACK OF EVIDENCE AND NO WITNESSES.
the court cleaned my record after NO CONVICTION.
as part of my defense I hired a private investigator and we got her admitting lying to the cops .
can I travel? would I be safe??? any information please

I-824 HELP😪
Is it possible for the lawyer to file an I-824 to another service center from which the USCIS approved an I-140 petition.
In this instance...case was approved through TSC...can the lawyer or Petitioner request the I-824 go to CSC?
The processing time thru TSC is RIDICULOUS ‼️ 20-27 months for them to send your approved petition to NVC⁉️
This makes no sense at all....
