like 5k to 9k why are you trying to do it , because I want to do that to by March ending if my case is not approved

nooooo I doubt it . if it was 2k I would have done it last year . my lawyer want 4500 because his my lawyer and Mandamus is the best way to hear from uscis . i already did 2 interview and they refused to still make decisions on my case

it doesn’t matter about years. after second interview they have to give you a decision asap. you only waste your time when you sit waiting to hear from them. if you can afford a mandamus with a reasonable attorney then go ahead. after the mandamus you will hear from them in like a week or 2.

I talked with the lawyers.they told me you can file after one year of waiting

@Mr F Boo I shated a link related with the Mandamus price in the waiting list.if you look at it Zaman talks about a price like 1900 $ but does not give the lawyer name.

@kings wifey. this is just an I-130. There wasn’t an interview. Mandamus costs 5k. i will be wary of anybody that will file it for less that. i also maintain that it’s still too early for @erd ak to file a mandamus

@kings wifey thanks soo much , you see many people don’t know there right . when you dealing with uscis you have to understand that if they don’t want to do there job then the court should do it for them because how can you keep people for wating decisions a years after second interview it does not make sense and they do that if they don’t have any prove to denial u then Dey intentionally seat on ur case thinking you and ur wife would fight and that why am going to be paying for mandamus in March because it going to be a year I did my second interview in March and let the court take over or they make decisions on my case it Bette than just wating and wating losing jobs opportunities

Try Wilkes Legal. The attorney name is Benjamin Messer. He charged me 2,600.00 +402 Court filing fee. And my case was approved in 60 days.

Mr F Booo, yes it is, I talked to many lawyers including Jim Hacking, Brad and all are above 4000. But my lawyer was super awsome, replaying all my phone calls and e-mail within couple of hours without any additional Fee.

that nice my lawyer want 3500 and am working on getting the money and the congress also said they working on it so hopefully it come out before I paid the lawyer

yes I paid 125. and it was one hour in person consultation.

hey erd, the most affordable I found was Wilkes legal, but pay attention when looking for a lawyer if you are looking for affordable. Wilkes legal asked me 2500 to file it, but then they can't file it themselves in Florida, so they found another lawyer to file it to them. in Total I would need to pay 2500 to them+ 1500 to the lawyer in Florida. if they can file in your state, they are the most affordable I have seem.
