@Leo Nebra - I suggest reach out to Emma and clearly mention that primary was approved, depended is pending. same thing happened in our case. we spoke to an Emma agent. were told that it's not necessary that both applicants get approved at the same time but it was approved 2-3 days later (after speaking with Emma)
