My wife is from Russia, too. We were both living there but not anymore. We're living out of our suitcases in a small eastern European country until our I-130 is approved.
We filed October 11. California Service Center. Actively Reviewing since October 21. Filed expedite request through Congressman March 10. Still waiting to hear back.

my fiancée is Russian I have put in three expedite requests with all of them denied!! please help 🙏🏻 it doesn’t help I’m active duty army either

Congratulations! thats great news, me and my fiance got approved back in october, got transferred to poland in February for interview where unfortunately having trouble getting there and tried to transfer to her home country and got denied we also tried a lawyer and it didnt go so well, do you know anyone who can help us?
