they still haven't started 2021 cases

my PD is 01/11/2023 and i got approved on march 7th

@gsss wee For CR1/IR1 & K1, yes they have. For CR1/IR1 they've gone through a lot of Jan '23 as well and are focused on March '23 now. Try finding a lawyer or filing a writ of mandamus and make them move along with your case. Have you put in an inquiry?

they’ve started them. they just pick a few from whatever pile. a November 30, 2023 got approved yesterday 🙄
