@H n I did they told me they will back to me once they got answer from uscis it was over a month still waiting answer plus did senator but seems like senator office dont care.. they dont even answer email or phone

am Nov 2020, contacted congressman twice and uscis response is case is pending processing

wow have you ever try filing a writ a mandus with your lawyer, it’s like a court expedited letter to either speed up or send final actions on your case since you’ll be waiting ongoing 5 years now and no approval????
