it is called mandamus, since you’re not familiar with it, get an immigration attorney get a quote, they usually charge 3-5 thousands for these lawsuits and you can expect a decision within 30-60 days. this doesn’t mean that it will be approved but it means that it will push uscis to make a decision on your case! anything over 12 months of wait time is considered unreasonable timline.
