JP Im not have I-485 because my lawyer said only is for inside USA ,I’m in Mexico waiting for my processing

I’m not sure of the exact process, but the visa bulletin for Mexico is current for EB-3. If your medicals are done, DS fee is paid and all the needed documents are submitted to NVC then at the interview if you’re approved you will be given papers to present them to the officer when you land in USA. Officer here will stamp your passport with a temporary green card stamp followed by a Green Card mailed to you. Good Luck on your interview!

NK hi ,I not have medical yet , the documents and fees is ready paid but the NVC said need waiting for my turn 🤷‍♀️ now have almost 2 years in the process.

Maybe they will tell you to get the medical done after the interview. Also, I hope your interview gets done soon because if the visa bulletin retrogresses, then you may have to wait longer. Good Luck!

NK why is the retrogresses the visa bulletin?

State Department here does that. For employment based catagories, and others. Dates that are current can go back, sometimes years. If that happens then the wait becomes longer until it’s current again. I’m in the U.S., but originally from India and the visa bulletin for India is 2013 for EB3. Anyone who filed after 2013 has to wait until the date becomes current. Then only they can file and get a interview. The wait for Indians is 20, 30, 40, 50 years in some cases. Good Luck!
