in our case yes! as soon as you received the I-797 you can immediately filed for K3. thats what we do and we got approved after 5 months. no expedite just diy. so yeahh, it’s free to filed k3 why not try.

si ya la i130 tiene 8 meses sin aprobar, aun puedo solicitar la k3? o mejor espero
