welcome letter...
can anyone tell me how long after the i130 is approve. does nvc takes to send the welcome letter ??

I fund approved letter a day before it shows on the website and then welcome letter was 12 hours later .

the notice date on the website say it was approved on the 19 but the update about the approval was yesterday lol

then you’ll receive email from NVC tomorrow or after . some other cases took 10-14 days so don’t worry as long as you got your I-130 approved which is the hardest one .

It's been two years since the lawsuits were passed and the NVC has not yet sent a letter of welcome.

we were approved on a friday, and got the email on monday :) it goes very fast. good luck!!!
