We should file a lawsuit against USCIS
I have a growing frustration with USCIS.
THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON AND I REPEAT NO REASON WHY PEOPLE WHO APPLY IN THE SAME CATEGORY AS YOU GET APPROVED WITHIN 2-3 MONTHS VS YOU WHO HAVE TO WAIT NEARLY 9-10 MONTHS !!!
MAKE IT MAKE SENSE, IT'S UNBELIEVABLE HOW INCOMPETENT THESE PEOPLE ARE OR THE LACK OF CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE WAITING. GIVE EVERYONE THE SAME TIMELINES.
Anyone down to file a lawsuit against them?

i talked to jim hacking law firm last week. we have i485 case pending since nov 2020. they suggested to wait one more month then we are planning to sue.
