Waiting for my SSN
I have an appointment with the Social Security Office to get my SSN, do they provide the Social Number the same day? Or I'm gonna have to wait till I get my card? I have a job offer at Amazon and I can't work if I don't have my ssn

what I understand is when you get you permit work card then 5 days later approximately go to come your ssn in the mail. already immigration send the information to social security office. 🙂

It's been 10 days since I got my work authorization and I haven't get my ssn yet, I already made an appointment with the Social Security Office, but I'd like to get at least my social number so I can apply for a job.
