i don't have any idea about W2 form. i've already submitted tax returns

the W-2 is different from the tax return. A W-2 reports your wages and taxes paid and it comes from your employer. A tax return is a report to the government that details taxes owed and includes the taxes your employer paid that are credited to the taxes owed to the government.

they are asking for W2 1099

as far as I know 1099 is for self employed and yeah you should be able to find one from IRS

you can go to irs.gov for a tax transcript or you can contact your employer, they are the ones who issue out w2's every year.

for every employer you work for, they will issue a W2 form to you each year. so if you had 2 jobs in 2021, you will have (2) w2's.
