Very important question
After sending an inquiry, can someone recieve an email from USCIS saying that your case is approved while in his USCIS account the case is still actively reviewing by USCIS????

you received an email maybe because you made an inquiry so they just responded to it. check your case online and check documents tab if they already uploaded your approval notice. it's possible that the notice is already there and your status is still being actively reviewed. it will just update anytime.
