My case was move to nbc and adjucated my case for I-485 and finally approved. I still haven’t received a mail from the uscis but I check my case status for I-485 was approved. I’m still wondering there is still an interview for my case since my I-485 was approved or wait my greencard to be produced. Ty

My timeline —June 19,2019, approved Vawa— feb 17,2021 and my I-485–March 28,2022 so the process 2 years and 9 months.

I'm Feb 21 2020 Vermont center and I'm still a sitting

No— uscis request a medical febuary 10,2022 and i sent the medical March 7,2022 afterward I checked my case status online indicated my I-485 was approved March 28,2022. So no reviewed before getting approved. Guys thank you for the response—uscis waived my interview right? Ty

my i360 was approved last year april..April... i485 since March 2019 pending until now.. I got a letter this week said I have interview here in my state regarding I 485.... nothing else

yes.. it's based on Vawa.. so I went to that office by myself.. my lawyer had choosed to participate TELEPHONICALLY.. The officer asked me yes or no question.. biography and security check...everything went well... but I had a situation on my visa in 2005 in AFRICA .. I HAVE PUT I WAS MARRIED IN MY B2 VISA but I was single.. we already fixed that issue with vawa at vermont center.. that's why my i360 vawa got approved .. Vermont had sent me RFE for that problem and we provide Affidavit from the guy who.help me to file out my visa...SO vermont center approved i360...Now at interview the officer brought the same issue back again.. and my lawyer told him we already fixed it with vermont. He says I need to prove to him I was not married in my country .. that's the end of the interview.. .. so I'm getting unmarried certificate from my country that can show I was not married in my country

Hey , my vawa is approved, in march so , i485 is pemdent, biometrics done, but no medical exam yet, so im suppose to go to interview? Or not ...please if somebody knows i will appreciated it ..thanks

@Maria Martinez they will request what they want from you if they request medical that means no interview.
