It’s your vawa approval. EAD c31. the c09 you had before was based on pending I-485. Now that your vawa has been approved, your I-485 will be transferred to your local field office for adjudication. Be expecting RFE for medical, birth certificate, I-864W….and / or biometrics appointment. these are what usually comes after vawa approval

@ayel yael honestly it depends on the field office. in my case, I have been waiting for over 2years since vawa approval. some people have shared on this platform where they got their i485 approval few months after vawa approval, some were called in for interview. so it all depends on the field office. But be glad the first mountain has been removed. congratulations once again

@ayel yael yes, congressman has been reaching out. They said security check, after that time they said it’s pending adjudication at the local field office, recently they said because I’m from one of the partially banned countries, everything has been suspended. My prayer is for them to lift the ban so it can be adjudicated.
