did they approve your ead because I filed March 15th 2021 and didn’t get my ead approved yet though I have prima facie and my fingerprints has been reused

i have not received prima facie yet or RFE it’s been 10 months ? VAWA case USCIS received in March 4th later I received letter saying that they used my old biometrics I never received my work permit (EAD) but never received prima facie and RFE.. do I have to worry about anything , is it normal to not receive prima facie or RFE it’s been 10 months

no RFE / nothing….my fingerprints was reused for my i485 and i765

@peterson, each cases is different to USCIS, I will urge you not to worry because the PF is just for benefits I think

how long does vawa take to be approved or 1-485

I filed Vawa on February 19, 2020, biometric reused for for ead c31 and 485. December 2020 in person biometric done for 360 got 3 prima facie notices and no approval yet. April 2020, I filed for ead category co9 replacing the c31 but up to present, no approval yet….

Hi, when people say that their "old Biometrics we're used," what does that mean? I was married and my US Citizen spouse pulled the petition during filing (1 month prior to interview) and for that case I had done Biometrics and had a 6 month EAD. After they pulled petition, I was placed in Deportation Proceeding. As is had been a terribly abusive situation, I finally got myself together almost a year after the divorce to speak to a lawyer and learned about filing a VAWA (I had almost another year left AFTER the divorce to file the VAWA). So, does that mean that USCIS may potentially use the old Biometrics that I had done just over 2 years ago for my VAWA case? Thanks all
