@ade ayo, I filed ead May 2021 and it’s already 11 months and I have not received nothing. also a lot of people that filed after me are getting the ead. Vermont is just crazy

November 2019 here, still waiting , got an update 4 days ago 'name updated' tho I changed lawyer, maybe that's what was reflecting

@mikky, oh yes I have been renewing my EAD just that the last one I filled for renewal (March 2021) took a year to get it, even lost my job, but I'm balancing back now

yes, but my expedite was denied! I’m about to do another expedite again

I applied for vawa August, c31 oct , i485 and i765 since December 2021. no receipt number as been sent. I am so sad.

@mikky Don’t be sad it’s not up to six months yet. it’s a lot of backlogs

oh wow really six months to send receipt notices. the ish is that my lawyer said applications she sent out before mine all have receipt numbers so now I am feeling maybe they are picking on me for nothing.

update!!! my 360 got approved 4 days ago, n saw an update ystydy card was mailed, I asked the community if they v any idea which card it will be, most said it will be an EAD C031(currently v an EAD C09), also my lawyer said case(I-485 which was filled concurrently with the I-360) will probably be transferred yo my FO(chicago) said to give them few weeks n see what update they will give

@K yes I received an RFE in Nov 2021 exactly 2yrs after filing, I responded in Feb 2022, and got approved on monday

@Olayinka S, if you mind me asking was the RFE based on what’s submitted before or a new evidence request?

they brought up my credibility and wants to know if my marriage is genuine, I submitted what I had previously submitted at the initial filling stage, got attestation from family and friends also police report from my home country
