I sent my EAD renewal applican to USCIS, it should have taken 3-5 months, and it took 16 months. I think they forgot it or lost it. I reached out to my congressman to expedite the process, they reached out to USCIS, and USCIS sent me my EAD in a month.

Find out who your congressmen are, choose one of your congressmen, and go to his/her webpage. From the webpage, choose services, under "services" you will see immigration.

Under immigration, you will see options. choose the right category for you, fill out the form and share it with the email address. Make sure your congressional office receives the form, send them an email.
