@marc tbh, I don’t know which card I will receive after this approval. I’m not sure if I receive both this time. I hadn’t received any EAD/Advance Parole since I submitted VAWA.

@marc I traveled to my hometown with advance parole while my marriage case was pending before. I have no problem. I haven’t received anything since I submitted VAWA so I can’t go anywhere.

congratulations! now that vawa is approved to get the gc you need to get approved i485, they might send you an rfe or just schedule an interview, but just so you know is another waiting process. i got mine approved on april, still waiting for their response on whats next

@thanks Tina my travel document was approved a week ago planning on going to my home country kind of scared I won’t be able to re enter

@marc don’t worry. As long as your travel document is valid. It will take a bit longer when you enter to the US because you gotta stay in the “special room” at the airport and they will/won’t ask you few questions about yourself but it should be ok. They have no reason to deport you because your travel document is valid :) I was stressed and scared when I was in that room tbh.

@god I hope you will get approval soon. I do see some early 2020 applications are waiting for approval. What is the date of your receipt notice? I received 3 prima facies and got approved during my 3th prima facie.
