There are always two lines in Vawa processing people that apply with all evidence and people who apply without or less evidence . if you apply with all evidence attached then your case might be fast just like @Out Lander but if you wait until they requested evidence then you’ll be there for a marathon.

i agree with you, i am unfortunate one with less proofs. i got 2 rfes so far and now stuck in background check. i am 29 months, i guess i will go beyond 40-50 months for sure and still no guarantee of the approval

@Done soon 😀@ there for a marathon . Pls long does it take to get the work card and travel parole cos my sister has been waiting for 9months no ead card and she used a lawyer who insisted that she summits all evidence including vawa pys.
