krish90 & Nikki Lubin, I am sorry to read that your vawa is too late, my dates are March 30, 2020 and they did not ask me for any RFE, I am a citizen wife but my lawyer did not request a parol, only a work permit, He recommend me not travel for my country with a parol. thank you

@krish90 ok Kool . 1-360 receipt day was October 13, 2021 biometrics February 15, prima facie beginning of March and then I filed 1-485, 1-765 and 1-131 end of March, fingerprint added to both 1-485 and 1756 April 13 and last week I got a letter say biometrics bypass for 1-485 that I should not go to another biometrics they will use the one I did in February and that they are currently processing and will write me if they need any other information to process my case. so I am really hoping to get good news
