Approval or denial can take about a month more or less. Also, what was your reason f ok r expedite if you don't mind sharing.

@sam rosario @William U I have been waiting for 3+ years now and I couldn’t take it anymore since I also gave birth to my baby it’s been stressful. I was diagnosed with postpartum depression and all so I used all the doctors notes and my own affidavit requesting that.

How long does it take to respond to your expedite request?

@Miss M after my vawa expedite was approved, my case took 47 days to he approved!!! good luck

@Naya B I sent it the 15 of August, they got it the 16th and they replied the 16th of September.

@naomi bushira Not yet, I heard it it can take up to 2 months.

The expedite was Alone. But my entire process was with a lawyer
