VAWA
This is to give hope to anyone who has filed for VAWA and still in waiting. I just got an email from my lawyer that they received my work permit (EAD) and travel document. I did my biometrics last year October 2021. My VAWA is still not yet approved and I filed in September 2020. Just know there's a God who's fighting for you and keep the faith

I filed in February of 2020 too and I have done biometrics and received 3 prima facie notices and still waiting for approval. I recently requested an expedite through the senator’s office for my 765 which I filed in April of last year, but it was denied today on grounds that I didn’t give documents of circumstances for expedited process. According to the email received, USCIS said that they’re dealing with February ead application and my case is pending to be assigned to an officer for processing.

@w n. i think they give you EAD based in pending I485, which is C09

@victory how come June and July 2021 fliers are getting ead , before applicants that flied before them. uscis is damn crazy
