@pika boo Your vawa is approved if you received your c31 EAD. Congratulations! I received my official vawa approval notice about a month after my c31 EAD.

@shauna hickman Yes my lawyer wrote to USCIS and they said They were backlogged but then received it.

@shauna hickman not sure what you mean? My I485 is still at the Vermont Center. When I received my vawa approval notice it said: ‘you will be notified separately when a decision is reached on your pending adjustment of status application’.

@saun soo I filed my vawa February 2020 and I485 in 2019 through marriage but transferred my I485 to my VAWA in 2020.

@ny usa ! if yor were married to us citizen or abuser is us citizen you could’ve filled it together and can file but if abuser is green card holder then have to wait until i360 is approved.
