congratulations!!! does it mean they're now doing October cases? i kept seeing February and March 2020 cases

guys I only had one rfe good moral character and my i485 is pending since two years now. I had a strong case. also I followed with congress alwyas that could be why too

sure. i submitted lots of police reports own declaration then witness letter photos and trip and the usual vawa submission requirements

thank you. @laila good moral is basically fingerprint of the states you lived 3 years fbi fingerprint I initially submitted with my application but some reason usics didn't Receive so I send again. good faith marriage was my Muslim ceremony certificate of wedding which also came in news paper since I got married in pandemic as well as shared residence with medical bills on his name on it trips together in flights I had his and my name on it and photos plus text messages

@tanzy fly congratulations! did you also hold your i485 in abeyance? I’m a February 2020 filer and was approved in April with a pending i485 since 2019.

@k m yes my i485 is on hold since august 2020 I will follow up as soon as I get my letter. do you know how long it takes to change the status to case approved and to get letter ?

@tanzy fly mine since December 2019.. but I was already scheduled for an interview back then and that’s when I gave my VAWA package so hopefully now that my VAWA is approved I will get a RFE for medical or a new interview soon because it’s been more than 2.5yrs 😭. I first received my c31 (VAWA EAD) and about a month later the official VAWA approval notice, but my status still says ‘card delivered by the post office’ 😂 so case statuses are not always up to date. What was/is your last status on your I485. I hope we can finally put all this behind us and receive our gc soon. The longest and most excruciating journey ever.

km am in thesame thing with you I pray 🙏 we get our green card soon since vawa was approved April no updates on my 1485 yet I don't even know if my 1485 has being transferred km what about you is their any update of transfer about your 1485

@k m it's showing case is ready to schedule interview @chris I spoke with my immoigration officer when I went to first i30 interview she said she will keep the i485 in the office and will wait for my vawa approval so it's sitting there
