apply for vawa on 2023 since then I got 3 PF.
In 2024 I got biometrics photos and signature done for GC and EAD , Rfe on march 2025 my lawyer respond the same week she received the rfe and she sent the medicals too and the tracking number shows that someone received it the next day she sent it in LEE’S SUMMIT, MO It’s been 442 and I never got my EAD on this app and online only said my (CASE WAS TRANSFERRED AND A NEW OFFICE HAS JURISDICTION) for all the forms I360,I485 and I765

so you have a lawyer that’s not doing anything on your behalf? That’s crazy. wish I knew how to advise.

@Twilight zone there's nothing much the lawyer can do now if everything has been submitted. This is currently close to a 4 year wait time...more, in my case since my field office is just sitting on my application. @frnk rdriguez double check if the EAD was filed under category c(9). If not, then you're waiting until the vawa has been approved to get your EAD. If its filed under c(31), reapply now! If the lawyer advises against it, ignore and do it yourself. With a pending I-485, you're always eligible to get an EAD.

@frnk rdriguez its strange then to be taking this long but with whats happening in the country...I don't think they're focusing on approving so maybe agents deployed elsewhere and why everything else is taking extra time
