ustedes an demandado a uscis por demora ?
Hello, good morning, I hope everyone is well. My case is 5 and a half years old. My lawyer advised me to file a lawsuit against USCIS, but she does not do that work. If anyone of you has information about this issue, please I need help. Can I do it myself, or do I need to hire a lawyer?

Do youtube search "writ of mandamus pro se" I and many other people got helped from there. With proper help with mandamus you can do it

Hope your case move forward soon, I waited 09 years to get my interview, and I think I got it after sending a request of status to USCIS

@b£ll@ Garcia I would suggest you to hire an attorney. your case is little complicated. you might make mistake while filling lawsuits. good luck
