you can travel domestic with your EAD, no need for passport. TSA accepts it as an identification, id look into getting your license as well so you can carry both IDs on you.

@FA , why don’t do your ID from MVC and use that instead of EAD . it is easier and safer since it is allowed to fly in US . if you have ssn and EAD and two proof of addresses, you could apply for real ID . it is better so as not misplace your EAD . I don’t k is if EAD is substituted as ID

bring your passport with you, they need Real Id if your don’t have passport.
