@J J 485 nothing, is crazy how long I've been waiting for my family based case and not even my work card and ss, I received my work card and ss card based on my previous U Visa application that I submitted 5 years ago.

@Lisa this is insane! do your think Newark is that backlogged?? I honestly haven’t seen any movement from the field office. I can’t imagine having to wait another year. I put in a FOIA request and seen that NOONE has worked on my case since 12/2021

@J J 485 Newark is one of the worst fiel Offices ever, even New York is not that terrible like Newark, I had couple family members and their cases were in Brooklyn and Manhattan and they already have work permit, interview, even their green cards, we started the same year around the same month.

@Lisa this is so depressing. I wouldn’t be surprise if this is a 2 year process. I almost want to do mandamus

@J J 485 for how long do you think I've been waiting? I suppose my I-130 February 2020, in March this year finally was approved and my husband got his citizenship at the same time. Right away we submitted my adjustment of status and seems like they are not taking ANY consideration even though my I-130 is approved.

alguien sabe porque no tengo respuesta de inmigración el 2022 me mandaron a decir que tengo acción diferida pero antes de todo esto yo e tenido una orden de deportación el 2015 pero mi abogada me dijo q no era algo malo y ahora q quiero aplicar para mi residencia supuestamente me disen q tengo q arreglar lo de la deportación hace tres meses apelé para la orden deportación que quiero reabrir mi caso alguien sabe q tengo que aser q me ayuden se los agradezco
