I don’t have a driver’s license cause I don’t have my work permit yet. just the USCIS receipts and my foreign passport. Is that enough safe to fly inside the country?

I’m in Indiana. I’m asking if, hypothetically I have any problems with any immigration agent ( I heard they’re usually stay after the TSA check at the Dallas airport) I can show the receipts and the passport to the agents and would be that enough?

that should be enough but if you travel locally, you wouldn’t really go through much checks

they will just ask for your boarding pass and your ID

only international travelers will go through much checks

USCIS receipt is not an identity document for domestic air travel, you would need a photo id, either drivers license/ state id. Otherwise your foreign passport. In many states you could renew your drivers license/state id temporarily between 3-12 month with USCIS receipts. In OH it is for 12 months from notice date. Check with your local BMV

just travel with only yo passport , u don’t need uscis documents at all
