Yes, you can travel, but I think you need a visa to Mexico 🇲🇽 with Refugee Travel Document without green card. I went to CDMX last year with green card and RTD no problem 😉

@Green Card Approved Yes, without a visa. But be careful — the airline staff at ITA Airways almost refused to let me board. When they saw my RTD, they said I needed a visa. I showed them an email I had sent to the Italian embassy in the U.S., with a copy of my RTD, and they replied that I don’t need a visa. Honestly, without that email, they wouldn’t have let me board and I would have lost my flight and hotel booking. But in Italy, at passport control, it was very easy. They didn’t ask me anything and I entered without any issue. The boarding staff just didn’t understand the rules well.

I actually emailed Italian embassy yesterday and then they told me the same thing. here is their reply: “Dear applicant, you can travel to Italy with a valid US Refugee Travel Document without a visa for 90 days over 180days. If you will also visit other Schengen countries you need to check with them directly”

@betababy July I think without GC you’ll need a visa . Confirm with the Mexican consulate though.
