If your country of origin that’s the passport you are traveling with has a visa waiver from Bahamas, then NO you don’t need a visa, but if it does NOT, then yes you need a visa.

I went to the Bahamas in April but my country of origin needed a visa so I applied online and it took 2 days to come out.

Your visa for the Bahamas has nothing to do with advance parole.
Advance Parole will enable you to re-enter the US. Your ability to enter Bahamas is related to your passport which may or may not allow visa-free entry.
