Travel with Adv Parole
Dear Friends,
Today I came back after 1 month from Pakistan to Texas on Adv Parole, although secondary inspection was really busy with at least 20 people waiting, I faced zero issues the officer called my name handed over my passport with my card and off I went, no questions nothing, so if u have no criminal record or pending case in Immigration Court, travel without any worries, Good Luck!

@D K please what do you mean by pending case... because I'm still waiting for mine approval of my vawa case since May23 2022 i put in this vawa case... this year May will make it 3 years waiting for mine I-360... since February this year I filed in for my renewal of my work permit travel document since then i haven't received any receipt from them... I'm so tired 😫... God help me please🙏😭😭😭....

@s k every time you travel the date changes for example you may get January 2026 stamp not then you travel again August and you get June 2026 the date always changes

@Odogwu Indy pending meaning all your cases are active and not denied exemption for past case as in if you previously had a spouse case denied and now doing vawa that’s different

@dk Bhai Apka vawa approved ho gya howa? kya ap ki entry legal the jb ap first time USA ay thy? apka koi interview howa tha vawa case mein?
