how long are you allowed to stay out of the country with Advance parole and how long was you in Nigeria?

congratulations and that's amazing. However, truth is it would be abit naive to take that Biden era experience and apply it in pro Trump era. I would suggest to wait and see where changes will be implemented. I could be wrong though

this is why people apply for advance parole. that’s for a reason. you have the visa and you used it. so if people scare to use it then they should not apply in first step

@K Road_to_Green @tired from waitingg I think it’s okay to have reservations because they may be something on you record that may stop you from getting back in if you ain’t aware.

@Aries I well there are things to check it out of course before traveling if someone has a criminal record etc and travel that’s on them nothing to do with advance parole but some people here keep fearing others dont use combo card you wont be coming back etc I was scared of that and did not even use first ap I have then used second one will use it again

@Josh ADE I was told you can be out no more than 3 months. I have a combo and I went for 2 months. actually 64 days
