Manuel I think you are in trouble because you need to have that permit with you or maybe ask someone trustworthy to send it to you instead ask to USCIS to send it there, they can use that agains you

well depends in how strong your form I 131 was filed evidence....u have chance to get the approval now they are flexible

try calling uscis and speak to a agent or see if they can transfer you to speak to a tier 2 officer
