Tips FOR I-765 and I-131 RENEWAL application
I’ve seen here many posts from people that are waiting on their I-765 and I-131 renewal applications to be approved. Applications that have been pending for a long time now.
And I noticed that the applications have been sent either to Texas or NBC to process.
This is an informative post only. And I hope it helps for those that still need to apply.
USCIS has asked to send EAD and Travel Document applications to especific addresses (depending on the State where you live), to speed up the process.
I renewed mine, my daughter and my husband myself and I used the address they said I should send it, and our cases were approved really fast.
The USCIS page where they list the addresses for that is posted on the comments below.

Like I said, I hope it helps those that will apply and I hope the process is as fast as they did with my cases. 🙏🏻

I sent the renewal 40 days ago and got the notification for biometric today. do you know if it is normal @Lily C

@Tibi Ala yes, it is. The 3 of us also had to do it again too.. Actually they just took a new picture.. The appointment didn’t last 10 minutes..

@Lily C how long did you wait for approval? I sent it last week and have received a notice that they will reuse biometrics

After biometrics it took 13 days for approval.

I checked online its kind of confusing that after april 2024 we need to pay

@m h c9 category doesn’t have to pay. I renewed after that date and I didn’t pay. On the cover letter (in the end) I wrote: “Note that filling fee is not enclosed since I’m filling under category C9 for a pending adjustment of status application.”

I sent it to the right address, and yet I've been waiting almost 1 year to renew my 131, and 9 months to renew my 765. 131 is in Texas, and 765 NBC.
