timeline dependent i485 eb2 with date retrogression
hello,
my i485 remains pending due to date retrogression. one day after my i485 was put on ‘ pending ‘ my ead was approved and i131 was approved 2 days after.
hope it helps. continue to wish dates move so I can get my GC

mine took two days after ead approval and it was in ‘ IOE Online portal ‘ of NBC

I am also in the same boat! My spouse EAD approved. I-485 case is pending. They will start processing after Oct 1st.
