there is no pause on green card based on asylum I know about 10 people that got their green card in last 3 months one was on aug 21 after 10 months of filling

@ people are getting GCs it’s just slowed down immensely.

it's not a pause, they just slowed down the process by 10x

@A K @Qa khan @mike t i mean i really wish there should be no pause but the truth is cases was in stage of interview , schedule interview, Rfe , rfe recieved before 25 march 2025 are getting green cards but cases like case received and fingerprints taken or fees received are PAUSED

there is no pause. in last 7 days i got 3GC issued in lawfully from January 25 , so in 8 months….this is great…

the pause was from March to April. AILA did a FOIA request and they got the email about the pause, and the email on lifting the pause: https://www.aila.org/aila-and-council-submit-foia-requests-seeking-information-on-trump-administration-suspension-of-green-card-applications

No pause, I got approved in june

Although there’s currently no pause in processing, USCIS has reduced the timeline drastically—by tenfold or more. In this situation, I think it would be meaningful to support organizations like the ACLU and urge them to take action on our behalf. Please everyone get united and do something for each other. Personally, I’ve been waiting since April 2024 for my green card.

@ My fingerprints were taken on May 2, 2024, but I haven’t received any updates since then. I’m not sure what steps to take next, I’m planning to call USCIS soon to see if there are any developments.

I applied Auguy2024 Received RFE February 2025 for medical update Received RFE march still waiting for decision anyone have idea how long will get for decision???
