it basically a memo that will make them transparent to the applicants, no more templates msg from tiers officers. any officers u talk to can easily tell u exactly what’s going on with ur case. it’s a busy week for uscis trying to change a lot of stuffs positively.

I think it just makes it clearer when you can make an inquiry that’s all. just simplifies what was there before

I read it all I can’t see what you are referring to thats changed regarding officers telling you what’s going on with your case.

this is what got from the memo As part of an agency-wide commitment to improve transparency, efficiency, and customer service, the changes also make it easier for individuals to get an immediate answer on when they can make an inquiry into their case. this means that if u make inquiries on ur case, the first officer can immediately tell u what’s going with ur case, not transfer to tier 2. first officer can view what uscis doing with ur case backend.

or maybe I just read it the other way.
