This has to be a joke 😭
MyProgress went down to 1 week, then it said it’s taking longer than expected for an entire month. Now it says “18 months”. has anyone experienced this? I’m frustrated and worried.

I feel you. mine is still taking longer lol. my guess is they actually transferred your case to a field office that has an 18 month timeline. you may be approved soon! don’t pay too much attention to that countdown

@Aury V check under your documents tap it mind just got approved that’s what happen to me on Friday and it was approved and just today they updated their system and I got a notification of approval

It’s completely normal. It happens to everyone. It will do this repeatedly. Mine has done this 3 times already.

The progress tab is no help. Do not rely on it. Just check it your documents tab if you got notices. If not, then wait patiently. Hoping you get your approval soon 🤗

@Aury V same thing happened to me , I was down to two weeks and Thursday morning it jumped to 16 months.
My PD is May 19 , 2023.
Hopefully we get an approval soon.

You can sue USCIS for a delayed case on your own, you will get a decision within 60 days. Do youtube search to learn more about it, and to get assistance with it "Mandamus Pro Se"
