Congratulations Kelvin. When did you file your I-824 even though it’s still pending? Most of the friends with this situation are getting I-824 approval after couple of days of case sent to the NVC.

@kelvin did your I130 status changed from approved to actively reveiwed? mine was chanegs but I saw in the document section that we have a new approval notice stating our case was now sent to NVC- but I824 still pending

mine changed to “case has been sent to the department of state” and I have receive the welcome letter from uscis but uscis has not sent me any other letter apart from the one that one that stated my case has been approve and retained

it means you filed it at the wrong office and now it was transferred to the right office where it supposed to be filed

@kevin Cole...so for my form 824 i will chose...USCIS transfert my approbation to nvc rigth? my notice mention that my case was approuved but retained by nvc because i indicate in the petition that i will adjust my statut in United states

Guys the notice o received on the top says from homeland security. Is that normal. I thought It will be from USCIS ??? I'm usc send file to NVC due to mistake in i130. Also it's Vermont office i don't see so gle one has his file in Vermont.

I send my I824 form september 04,2022 to Attn:NFB P.O.Box 21281 phoenix AZ85036-1281 so far I haven't heard back
