@bg bg We actually never have seen our case to get to be actively reviewed. we were just kind of hopeless since everytime we inquire uscis, it always says that our case is pending due to security background. So we tried to ask for the ombudsmans help. after 3 mos of waiting, we finally got our approval.

our case was stuck into “PENDING DUE TO SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECK”. and yes everyone, we’ve waited for almost 3 years. i know thats crazy 🥲😒😩

My wife filed my case with 12/07/2021 in the USCIS I-130 in texas center, But So far my case status is coming your case is being actively reviewed by the USCIS, Can you tell how much more time it will take in my case?
