Congratulations!! Our case is from Oct 15, 2021 1-130 (Stuck in CSC). We havent received any RFE or anything, no updates on our case 😐 I'm a US Citizen my spouse Australian in Australia, we have been married since Nov. 2020, together 4 years. So frustrating, been apart 1 year.

Thanks Dr M! Day 05/06 we asked expedite, and day 05/18 they sent an email confirming that they had received the expedite request, and also in the email had said they were requesting rfie. But we received nothing more saying that our expedite had been accepted. On 06/17 , appeared the second AR, we decided to look in the document tab and was the letter of approval.

Thanks @Naomi H! Two after we received the message of rfie, in the document tab was available the letter saying what evidence they needed. In this case, ours was passport style photos. This wait is frustrating, but very soon you will be together. 🙏

Keep the faith and think positive. I was also pretty frustrated seeing everyone being approved and mine not, but I started to think more positive and have faith that they would soon approve, and it happened.
