@mount laurel yes I did an expedite through uscis by call after 2 weeks I got an email that my case is pending within the processing time. now I am trying to do an expedite through my congresswoman representative office, I sent her an email last week and I signed the immigration caseworke authorization form to her to do an inquiry request. and I have to wait between 2 to 4 weeks to get a response from them.

they will send you an email or a msg telling you that someone will contact you within 72 hours by phone or by email

ya took about two hours to fax but the documents finally went thru
