Supplement J
I am under EB1-3. Just got my I-140 approval and filing my I-485 (did not do concurrent filing). my PD is current.
Do I need to file my supplement J?

If you are submitting the 485 after I140 approval, its generally required to submit the 485j in order to avoid any rfe.
