stuck at 3rd FTA0 and 2nd FTA1 in NBC for over 2 months
485J was approved and stuck at 3rd FTA0 and 2nd FTA1 in NBC for over 2 months. the non local FO approved the 485J and transferred back to NBC. does anyone know what this might mean? we used cross chargeability.
