At least 4 to 8 months more on yours to get a decision if it's consular processing. Mine is February 2025 and just got on queue and assigned to an officer.

You can use API to check if your case is routing or just sitting steady. As of yesterday, most cases are assigned to field offices from the first quarter of 2025 so I assume your should have done the same.
